I enjoy working with adolescents and adults covering a wide range of issues, including aggression management, anxiety, divorce reaction, depression, grief, family conflict, coping skills, and assertiveness training. I use methods such at Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Christian Counseling to help individuals maximize their full potential. I strive to create a safe goal-oriented environment where we can receive hope and healing.
