I am a family and marriage therapist licensed in California with over 13 years of experience working in the counseling field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, addictions, and relationship issues. I also have helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My therapy style is warm and interactive, and I combine client-centered, humanistic, and mindfulness based approaches. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
