I have a warm and relaxed counseling style. It’s conversational, and I focus on strengths and solutions. The folks I work with will discover inner resources and problem-solving abilities they didn’t know they had!
Counseling works if you are goal focused. People need to know where they want to go before starting out on any journey. We will do that together. It’s always my goal to support you and to hopefully make your therapy experience a positive one. Be proud of yourself. Reaching out for help is a big step for anyone.
