I work with almost anyone from ages 5 to 90. I have over 30 years of experience as a counselor and enjoy working with people. I use an eclectic approach and utilize strategies that work best for the client I am working with. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy, provide homework and resources when needed and I am trained in EMDR. I try to look at things from the client's perspective so I can provide the best tools in therapy. I obtained my Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of North Texas and have been licensed in Texas #73061 for the past 7 years. I am also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and have experience in career counseling and working with individuals with disabilities.
