I am a therapist based in Dallas, TX, who works with individuals across the lifespan, with a focus on adult age men and women. Many of my clients struggle with feelings of anxiety, depression or are suffering from symptoms of unresolved childhood trauma. I am particularly sensitive to clients that seem stuck in their lives and are unsure how to move forward. Many times there are events that happen in the past that negatively affect the present.
