I have been in private practice for close to 30 years counseling children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. In addition, I have taught 1st, 2nd, 5th, and 6th grades and served as an elementary school counselor. I am qualified to counsel in most areas; however, most of my experience is in play therapy, ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, divorce and related issues, and marriage and family therapy. I am also a facilitator for Love and Logic Parenting. Besides my degree, I have additional training from John Gottman, Imago Therapy, Attachment Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy among others.
