My name is Melinda Dunbar and I am a licensed professional counselor in Texas with over 8 years of experience in providing counseling and psychotherapy services. I specialize in helping individuals manage stress, anxiety, depression, and challenging life transitions. My treatment approach is based on evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness.
