My passions in the field of Mental Health have developed to focus on holistic health by supporting my clients in building resiliency factors. I use an eclectic approach to my counseling modalities that include the use of positive psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness and energy practices, Restorative therapy, and Imago Relationship Therapy (couples). I live with my husband who is a retired military Veteran and our two dogs in Northwest Florida. I enjoy being with my family, connecting with faith and spiritual practices, the outdoors, photography, music, and poetry, and promoting spiritual and mental well-being through my professional Instagram,Trishchoosesjoy.
