I’m a mental health therapist with a passion for women’s issues, identity development, empowering women and adolescents to find intent and authenticity, and find ways to deepen connection with self and others. It is important to have a genuine connection within the therapeutic relationship in order to best assist you in your journey of changes and growth.

It’s essential for me that my clients get personalized therapy in order to best help them. Rather than do things the typical way, I’ve created a system designed around my client's needs. My therapeutic approach is a combination of relational and integrative approach when working with my clients.
