Whether you are struggling with loss, wanting to heal emotional scars from the past, having difficulty managing anxiety, lacking self-esteem and/or trying to get your life moving in a more positive direction, I'm here to help. Additionally, I am a Certified Meditation Teacher & Coach who is passionate about guiding and teaching meditation and supporting others on their path to developing and sustaining a daily practice.
