"I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 25 years of experience providing individual, couples, group, and family therapy. My education includes a bachelor's degree in psychology, a master's degree in Sociology, and post-master training from 'The Link' Marriage and Family Therapy Training Institute in Sandy Springs, Ga. I have significant experience serving persons with co-occurring mental health/substance use diagnoses and individuals who have survived complex trauma. I am particularly interested in the impact of the family system on the individual, as well as investigating intergenerational patterns and the impact on current functioning. I became a therapist because of my desire to be a conduit through which individuals can improve their emotional and mental health by addressing personal distress, relationship conflict, maladaptive thinking, and behavioral patterns. I am happy to assist you towards a better quality of life through self-reflection, insight, and healing."
