Sometimes life can feel stressful and overwhelming, but I believe life has something better for you. I believe seeking therapy is a sign of strength, and in doing so, you will gain a better perspective on the challenges in life we all face. Through exploring a deeper understanding of yourself and your personality, you can make necessary changes to feel more fulfilled in life. I will work alongside you to help further your self-awareness and identify underlying factors that are causing conflict within you. My approach to therapy is person-centered and client-directed, with a focus on trauma. I view my clients as experts on their experiences. My goal is to empower you to find solutions to your concerns. I earned my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults with a variety of life stressors and concerns. I am also trained in utilizing EMDR, which has been found to be effective for those that have experienced trauma. I am currently accepting clients in Georgia & Florida.
