In my work as a psychotherapist I have witnessed the healing power of the human spirit to find wholeness and meaning amidst life's unpredictable twists and turns. The way is not always clear but through intention and courage one may find growth and the way forward. My primary approach incorporates body, dreams, nature, and the creative process as avenues for healing. I draw on Jungian-Archetypal Psychology, which take into consideration the unconscious processes that inform our outer behaviors and perceptions of reality. I also work from expressive arts, nature-based, existential, relational and mindfulness based approaches. No matter where people are coming from in terms of wounding, I express compassion, respect and understanding as a foundation for connection. I support families, children, adolescence and adult individuals to find and express their deepest potential .
