I am an experienced mental health therapist providing mental health services to children, youth, adults, and families of diverse backgrounds for over 12 years. I have mental health experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, teen issues, life transitions, and grief. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach, which allows me to use the most effective methods available to address each need. Once you begin to know who you are, your path to personal growth and living your life to its fullest will start from there.
