I'm Christie Chu, and I want you to feel your best. Do you feel anxious, irritable, and tired? I help individuals with mood symptoms learn skill to manage their energy, especially overstressed women and men, and those going through midlife changes. I work with individual with both lifestyle changes and those that want to take medication. It is your choice to choose what works best for you! I also work with individuals dealing with relational violence and verbal abuse. I have experience with infertility issues, multiple births, post partum depression/anxiety, and low self confidence. I have experience with HIV and support those with gender identity differences. If you have children with problems at school, I have worked in special education and have pupil personnel services credential as well. I pride myself on active listening, and changing negative thinking patterns that interfere with change. I utilize cognitive behavioral techniques, centering, as well as reality testing and goal setting. I use visualization and humor to make sessions more engaging.
