I am glad you clicked on my profile and I hope we get to work together. I grew up all over the world due to my father's career in the military, however, I currently reside in Atlanta, Georgia. I am a licensed professional counselor with over 10 years of rich experience providing therapeutic care to children, adolescents, adults, and families in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I graduated with honors from my undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs, earning a BA in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University and an MA in Community Counseling from Argosy University as well as earning my Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Northcentral University.

I specialize in working with individuals seeking coping strategies for life stressors, relationship issues, life transitions, life coaching, work-life balance, career counseling, anxiety, depression, dating, and self-esteem. Over the years, clients often tell me they appreciate my genuine warmth and acceptance while others enjoy my collaborative style.

My mission is to provide a non-judgmental and empowering space for us to work towards identifying and reaching your goals. My approach to therapy is integrative as I do not believe therapy is “one size fits all” therefore I am sensitive to balancing my expertise with your specific values, goals, and needs. Overall my goal is to turn your challenges into a plan of action that will create positive change in your life.
