About

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, licensed in Kansas with years of experience treating individuals and families. My clients have described decreased anxiety, depression, stress and phobic responses. Clients have been able to describe new relationship and communication skills they carry with them long after they graduate from counseling. Many of my clients have experienced either single-incident trauma, or multiple traumatic events throughout their lives. These clients often describe a sense of empowerment and decreased triggers in their daily lives.

My style is open-hearted and patient while also encouraging you to grow and try new challenges when you are ready. I am a person who allows her personality to show up and I believe no two counselor/client dyads are the same because we each bring something to the process. My approaches are evidence-based, while I also consider each client's needs as a unique individual.
