I am licensed in Indiana with over 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, disordered eating, self esteem, & low confidence. Additionally, I really find pride in being able to help women work through perinatal emotional health struggles including postpartum depression/anxiety, pregnancy loss, baby blues, & birth trauma.
I work with my clients to create an open & safe environment where thoughts/feelings can be shared without worry of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
