Hi there, I'm Nicole! Hello! My name is Nicole Tatick, LCSW. I’m a therapist committed to helping individuals learn how to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, and other challenges in order to improve mood and overall wellbeing. My approach I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. It is often challenging for individuals to seek help which is why I meet them where they are in their journey. My focus I provide individualized, whole-person care as each person has a unique set of challenges that need to be addressed. I have experience with adolescents and adults which has been my main focus for most of my practice. My communication style I bring humor and warmth into sessions which often helps to reduce the stress associated with initial meetings. I believe that therapy can be fun and exciting as you share thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I am open and transparent with my clients as I feel that empowerment can increase success. My journey to therapy I believe that I was born to be a helping professional. Since I was young, I have been compassionate with others. this compassion only grew as I matured which resulted in a passion for helping others navigate adversities and hardships. My goals for you I include my clients when goal setting as I feel that collaboration increases success.
