Nicole Cotto is a licensed marriage and family therapist. Nicole is passionate about helping clients take control of their lives and feel empowered. She has 7 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who may have suffered from a trauma in their life, such as physical, sexual, or emotional abuse, domestic violence, chronic illnesses, and more. Clients go to Nicole looking for a provider who will sit with them while they work through their emotions and thoughts. Her specialty includes working with trauma in children and adolescents who struggle with depression, anxiety, and transitions in their lives. She also treats anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem issues, stress, trauma, PTSD, and women’s issues. Nicole treats patients ages 5 - 65 using a holistic approach with a specialization in trauma. She believes in viewing each person as a whole individual and works to find strengths in every situation. As a Penn State Alumni and NY Giants fan, in her spare time, Nicole enjoys watching Football and riding her Peloton.
