Are you ready to transition into a new, healthier phase of your life and in need of someone to help you along your journey? I truly enjoy helping people increase self-awareness, discover patterns, and make positive life changes both big and small. I have provided counseling services for over 6 years, and I have worked with children and adolescents in several capacities for over 10 years. More importantly, I have been human my entire life, and I know how hard life can get - and how amazing it can be when we find the courage to ask for help. In my practice, I have always viewed my clients as the experts on their own lives, and I am simply there to use my training and knowledge to help facilitate their journey to healing. My main goals are always to learn from, teach, and collaborate with you to help you achieve the life you want.
