My goal as a professional is to provide a secure/comfortable environment, where my clients can build awareness, understanding, discernment and assertiveness to pursue healthy living, within the client's personalized values and LifePlan. My journey in counseling began after finding a helpful therapist that was able to provide support, knowledge, and skill, in helping me navigate marriage and family issues that almost led to a divorce. The benefits of counseling positively impacted my marriage, family, and my own mental health, as I was inspired to make a career change, and become a therapist.
