I am a licensed professional counselor with several years of experience working in several settings to include private practice and agencies. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, as well as life adjustments and stress. I am trained in trauma focused therapy which has allowed me to help many people who have experienced trauma and abuse.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client centered, as well as strength based. I make sure you feel comfortable and in control with what your therapy looks.

I often say the first step with recognizing you need support is sometimes the hardest and it takes courage to put in the time and effort to focus on yourself. I work with you to challenge you, but also make sure you have the skills to get where you want to be. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
