Hi there! My name is Audrey Mallard, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina with 5 years of experience working primarily with adolescents and families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, parenting issues, and ADHD.

My counseling style is warm, person-centered, collaborative, and integrative. Depending on your treatment needs, I will tailor my approach to meet you where you are and what your goals are. I primarily draw from evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral, trauma-focused, solution-focused, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing therapy approaches and techniques.
