I am a licensed Professional Counselor with over six years of experience working as a clinical psychotherapist working with individuals experiencing, trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting difficulties, and post traumatic stress disorders. My style of therapy is respectful; providing active and attentive listening skills along with providing positive therapeutic support and unconditional positive regard. I use person centered approaches; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused therapy. I will work with individuals to create a realistic treatment plan assisting individuals with achieving their goals and objectives to live a better quality of life.
