I am trained in EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy), a trauma focused therapy approach, as well as other trauma-informed therapy approaches. I enjoy working the areas of complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety disorders, and dissociative disorders.
