About

I have been a licensed professional counselor (LPC) for the past 13 years. During that time I have learned a lot and been fortunate to work with people from all walks of life. I love to learn about people’s different experiences and help them to find their own unique ways to bring about growth, change, and healing. I believe in meeting people where they are and working on the level that best suits their goals. We can keep it practical or get deep, depending on how it is feeling to you. Therapy can often be just as challenging as it is rewarding, so I do my best to make it enjoyable but respectful, serious but fun, and not drag it out too long, kind of like this bio.
