Life is stressful in general but especially now with COVID causing so many changes in every area of your life you may be feeling really sad and down and may have even lost your focus. You may be feeling unheard and maybe even unseen, Whatever it is that is causing you upset and feeling unhappy inside deserves attention and you deserve to be heard.

Hi, I'm Chris. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas. I counsel individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem and imposter syndrome. Additionally, I also offer counseling for women's issues.

I graduated from St. Edward's University with a master's in counseling. I became licensed and over time counseled and helped many people with the above mentioned challenges. I realized over this past year that I really liked and felt drawn to counseling using solution focused therapy. Solution focused therapy is a timely and efficient therapeutic approach that my clients tell me helps them to arrive at their desired therapy goals sooner than they thought that they would. I like solution focused therapy because it's a gentle and compassionate therapy that does not retraumatize or trigger my clients. They and I work together with one issue at a time until their desired outcome is achieved.
