I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Minnesota with multiple years of experience as a counselor. I have worked most with people who have experienced challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationships, family relationships, anger management, and young adult issues.

My understanding of therapy is that I want to see you be successful. Success being defined that you are getting the resources and supports you need, so that you can do life without having someone like me around (so working myself out of a job). To do so, I combine a variety of tools and resources to provide what you need.
