About

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in Minnesota. I am also a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor and have worked in both Inpatient and Outpatient Treatment facilities. I am experienced in treating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges; especially those who have loved ones with substance use disorders. I am also experienced with parenting problems, career challenges, and codependent relationships.

My therapy style is warm and interactive, while compassionately direct. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral, Rational-Emotive-Behavioral-Therapy, and Relational Life Therapy. I will develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your unique life circumstances.
