Hello there :) I am a licensed therapist specializing in treating teens and young adults. I keep up to date with the latest science and can keep you accountable so that you can make the best use of your therapy time. Our sessions are virtual so you can start making meaningful changes in your life. I'm trauma certified and can support you through your past experiences. I also am a Latina and speak Spanish fluently (or spanglish) in case that is your preference. What is your approach to therapy? I work with my clients on a weekly basis to help them with their relationships (family or romantic) as well as help them increase their confidence, communication skills, and heal any past traumas that may be impacting their life. I usually give my clients therapeutic homework or worksheets to help keep them organized during the week. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Sessions are warm and open, you'll leave feeling heard and with a few tips to try for the week. Goals are defined and redefined as we continue our sessions.
