We can have difficulties after experiencing a traumatic event. At times, we can feel numb, depressed or unable to regulate our emotions while navigating through life. For parents, it can be overwhelming for children and adolescents dealing with behavioral issues and/or emotional problems. You are not alone. As a trained therapist, I empower my clients and guide them to their greatest potential while holding a safe space for them to share their problems and encouraging them to have faith that all things are possible when they believe in themselves. My approach is to help clients navigate through their traumas, and find emotional and trauma healing. I am a Master's Level Licensed Mental Health Counselor with training in Trauma Work. I began my journey of working with patients in 2017 with experience in individual and family therapy using Christian-Based Therapy, Psychotherapy, Shadow Work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Play therapy.
