I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I use an integrative approach including mindfulness, acceptance, and cognitive and behavioral principles as well as the humanistic and person centered approach with my clients. I have experience working with victims of abuse and trauma and I am trained in therapeutic modalities proven to work for trauma. You may be having issues with with anxiety, anger, depression, parenting/behavior, relationships, or a rough time generally and just need someone to talk to, Let's get you back on track!
