Hey there, I'm Natalie. Do you ever feel lost or without a purpose? Do you struggle to be yourself and live without shame? I help people find the courage to be their most authentic selves, and accept life on life's terms. Together we will work towards finding a greater understanding of yourself through uncovering your values, what drives you, and your goals for the future. I will empower and support you to take steps towards achieving those goals at your own pace. Therapy can be an intimidating process, but I will go above and beyond to make it a comfortable and trusting place.
