Have you been finding yourself worrying frequently even feeling overwhelmed? Are you in college and struggling with life decisions and life transitions? Sometimes it's hard, or even impossible, to make the worry slow down or stop. Anxiety and depression can be so frustrating and isolating - there is hope for you!

During my decade of work in counseling a variety of people in a variety of situations I have gained experience working with life transitions, anxiety, depression, family dynamic issues and communication struggles. Trauma and abuse histories are also a significant area of focus for me. There is hope on the other side of what you're experiencing and I believe we can get there together.

My approach is always client centered - I believe that you are the one who knows your experience the best. I want to learn from you what your experiences and struggles have been like. Then, we will walk together to find great solutions that can bring about the freedom you have been searching for. I utilize a variety of approaches, dependent upon specific client needs. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, emotionally focused therapy and trauma informed interventions.
