As a clinician, I believe in collaboration. I meet you where you are at, gently inviting you toward new ways of thinking and adapting. Using an integrative approach of person-centered counseling, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic therapy, I help my clients identify and use pre-existing strengths, develop new coping skills, and challenge and replace limiting beliefs to achieve positive growth and wellness. I consistently encourage my clients to develop self-love, prioritize self-care, and nurture authenticity.
