Are you feeling overwhelmed and struggling with life's transitions and conflicts? Growing up as a minority, I endured challenges and barriers living in a bicultural society including the stigma and lack of resources accessing counseling and supportive services. I sought an opportunity to get my higher education and counseling degree at Marquette University, where I received my master's degree in Community Counseling. I have 12 years of counseling experience working as a Licensed Professional Counselor based in the state of Wisconsin. I have invested my clinical experience and training in providing psychotherapy (adults, families, and children/adolescents), case management, and crisis intervention services using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Brief Focused Therapy, Client Centered approach, and Trauma Informed Care. My goal is to foster self-compassion, cultivate curiosity, and build emotional awareness.

I will strive to collaborate, advocate, and empower you while promoting dignity, well-being, and stability. I believe in creating an emotionally safe space for you to voice and express your concerns and issues without judgement. Everyone deserves an opportunity to share their story. The richness lies within one's interpretation of how they view one's self and the world one lives in.
