I believe that through increased awareness and acceptance of who you are we can identify behavioral or emotional patterns that are keeping you stuck. Together we will prioritize your thoughts, process hurtful actions, and focus your behavior in living your fullest life. I have a down to earth and compassionate style and will help you identify your innate strengths.

I strive to help clients increase their emotional & psychological, as well as improve communication & relationship skills, decrease stress & emotional reactivity & identify barriers. I have 15 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families. I work with clients facing various issues that include, but are not limited to: Addiction (Drug & Alcohol) Anxiety and Depression.
