“Why am I not enough?” The struggles we face on a day to day basis will leave us wondering why we can’t be more. More to our families, more to our goals and career paths, more to the person we love and most importantly more to ourselves. It takes courage to take that step to say, “I can’t do this alone.” Therapy focuses on managing the daily struggles that we call life. As a licensed professional counselor my soul purpose is to take your story and shine light on your strengths and resiliency. I’m here to walk beside you in your journey of self-development. “The journey ain’t easy.” But with the management of stress and positive approaches, we can get through this together. Throughout my career, I made it a mission to learn and grow within the field of trauma focused advocacy and therapy. I have experience with sexual assault and domestic violence survivors, family therapy, crisis counseling and adolescent therapy. Understanding that everyone’s story is just like a fingerprint, I approach each individual with a pair of fresh eyes and a clear mind. Regardless of gender, sexual orientation, religion or race, I am here to guide you through the process of healing.
