I am licensed in Georgia with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, trauma and abuse, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I have a great passion for helping children, teens, and adults find contentment in life and learn to ride the natural waves of emotions. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), crisis intervention, positive psychology, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT). I use therapeutic techniques to help facilitate the expression of difficult and uncomfortable emotions. My goal with each client is to help foster motivation and gain perspective. I am committed to creating a safe, trusting, and supportive environment that honor my clients' dignity, worth, and self-determination. This allows me to work alongside my clients and their families in the therapeutic process of healing, growth, and overall well-being. Meeting the clients where they are, I look forward to helping them create a safe space where they feel comfortable to explore with curiosity and compassion.
