My counseling approach takes the whole person – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual into consideration. I believe that when individuals allow themselves to play an active role in their journey by embracing the therapeutic process through committed participation, they provide themselves an opportunity to be on a pathway to growth and healing.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I earned my graduate degree from Argosy University in Atlanta, GA. in 2013. My vast experience in the mental health field has been with diverse client populations. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults. I am driven to help others overcome personal obstacles using various therapy modalities to meet the unique needs of every client.
