I am a Registered Art therapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor working with children, adolescents, adults since graduating with a Masters in Art Therapy Emphasis in Counseling in 2016. I believe my role as a counselor is to be a witness to your experience and help coach you to reach your full potential in any way that you define and improve your quality of life. I work from a client-centered approach and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Eclectic theoretical platforms.

As an artist, I am trained in artistic mediums, but as a therapist, I am trained in human development, clinical practice/techniques, psychological theories, and multi-cultural and spiritual traditions.
