Hello there! I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion to help those who need support in their life struggles and concerns. Sometimes we need someone who can listen to us, and step out of themselves and really care. I can be that person for you. Or sometimes we need some guidance through our tough life transitions. It's hard to think clearly through the fog when life hits us hard, but I like to help people think through the steps that need to be taken to come back to solid ground. My therapy modality is primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which is evidenced based to help with anxiety and depression. I'm here to help any adults needing help with current life stressors.
