Hi there, I'm Amy, an LCSW since 2001. Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling with worry, sadness, self-sabotage, rumination or limiting beliefs? Is it hard to be kind to yourself or others right now? This past year has been exceptionally difficult and you are not alone. I work with children, teens and adults to decrease anxiety and sadness and increase motivation to move toward more joy. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole-self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also integrate mindfulness, writing and creative assignments to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself. Additionally, I have extensive experience with children and their parents who may be struggling with behavior management, social anxiety, creating a structure or moving through phases of growing up and individuating. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow.
