Welcome! My name is Miranda, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri with 4 years of professional work experience.

I have experience in helping clients with coping with life changes. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.

I offer brief, solution-based therapy that addresses stress, anxiety, depression, loss, grief, relationship conflict issues, and many of life's changes.

My therapeutic approach is all about being intentional with your life. Sometimes it seems like life just happens to us, which can lead us to feel overwhelmed. Becoming intentional with our thoughts and decisions allows us to find what choices we actually have available to us.

I believe that everyone has it within themselves to solve issues they face in life. I will listen to you and help you clarify what paths are available.

I will assist you in learning how to effectively cope with your issues so you can live a practical, purposeful, and peaceful intentional life.
