I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oklahoma with almost 10 years of experience in the counseling field. I graduated in 2007 from the University of Oklahoma with a. Masters of Social Work, and in 2004 from Oklahoma State University with my BS in Sociology. I have experience with providing college counseling, counseling in an outpatient public clinic, and psychotherapy at a Tribal clinic. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have treated individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment to changes. I am comfortable and experienced with providing therapy to a diverse population.

I will focus on creating a safe environment for my client and developing a caring relationship for successful therapy. I believe that everyone knows what is needed for themselves and I aim to walk alongside you in identifying those needs and goals and supporting you to meet the goals you've set. I've been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
