Although I worked with a variety of other concerns as well, including; career challenges, parenting problems, general life changes.
My therapy style is primarily client-centered. I believe in giving client's space to express themselves openly and without judgment. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered and solution-focused therapy.
