Every day, people go through hard times, breakups, divorces, grief, and the loss of a friend, animal, or loved one, the loss of a job, etc., and we all need help from an unbiased person for aid and support in these and other areas of concern. When it comes to Trauma, I believe it is an exciting part of life; one is not expecting it, and you barely understand it. But now, you can deal with and overcome it healthily and professionally. Along with other mental health issues, I have experienced enough trauma, grief and loss, sadness, depression, and substance use to last a lifetime, from childhood mistakes to adult issues, and I got help.
My philosophy is to help people out in the best way I can by approaching things with an open mind and using Maslow's hierarchy of needs because a client cannot focus on their mental health if they are not well with their physical health or who are dealing with other issues and concerns such as being homeless or dealing with substance abuse.
I enjoy working with clients from the age of 6/7 to seniors who are dealing with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Mood, personality disorders, and other mental health and substance abuse conditions. It is easy to fight your battles alone and to suffer in silence. I want you to know that you no longer have to fight this battle.

I am licensed in Colorado and have five years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, anger management, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. The first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
