About

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Colorado working with 9 years of experience working with children, teens, individual adults and couples. I have worked in the fields of domestic violence, sexual assault, child welfare, family preservation and marriage counseling. I have worked with clients identifying concerns including trauma, family of origin concerns, attachment concerns, infidelity and parenting.

I believe in a client-centered approach and meeting the client where they are at. I believe that most clients have the ability and resources to cope with whatever life is throwing at them but it is my job to help them identify those resources and help carry the load of the change process. Sometimes simply the knowledge that someone else is able to sit with you in your pain can be a starting point.
