I am a master's level psychotherapist, certified alcohol and drug counselor (CADC), and licensed professional clinical counselor (LCPC). In my 13 years of experience, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults challenged with various mental health and life concerns, including but not limited to depression, mood disorders, anxiety, substance abuse, addiction, trauma, grief, and relationship conflicts. Utilizing a cognitive behavioral therapy approach and several other effective modalities, I assist my clients in developing a greater insight into and practical strategies for managing stressful and distressing situations in their lives. I strive to create an emotionally supportive, non-judgmental environment and provide clinical insight to guide them through this process.
